Welcome, I'm Ella.

Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or a return visit, the decision to just start can feel like the hardest part. You might feel lost or overwhelmed, wanting to feel more confident and empowered, but stuck. This is where our work together comes in.

My approach to therapy is curious, collaborative, authentic and warm, with a touch of humor and realness. I strive to create a therapeutic atmosphere that is built on genuine, judgement-free perspective. I offer a therapeutic space that is safe for processing emotions, battling perfectionism, decision-making, gaining insight into personal relationships, and building confidence and communication skills that will positively impact all areas of your life.

I am a human first and therapist second. I utilize evidence-based approaches from my formal training at Arizona State University’s Marriage & Family Therapy master’s program. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR therapy, an evidence based treatment for trauma, and Gottman Couples Therapy.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families from diverse populations who are seeking a closer relationship with themselves and others. I respect all gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, and religious/spiritual beliefs. I will continue to grow and expand my own cultural awareness, as I believe it is a lifelong education.

I believe in the power of connection and relational context. You (and your concerns) do not exist in isolation. I am dedicated to walking alongside my clients as we uncover what it means to show up as the best and most aligned you.
