SCHEDULING

  • We believe that best fit and a good connection with your therapist is what leads to the most progress and benefits in therapy. We offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and determine best fit.

  • Our appointments vary throughout the week with morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend availability. Ultimately, we are here to support you and will do our best to create a schedule for therapy that fits your lifestyle. We also provide private accommodations for our high profile clients.

FEES

  • Each 55 minute session ranges from $150-$175, depending on your clinician. Payment is due at the time of service, and can be paid by check, cash or major credit card (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, HSA). Please keep in mind that we do not accept insurance, although we are able to complete a super-bill for out-of-network benefits upon request.

  • Please note we require a 24 hour notice of cancellation for all sessions. If you cancel your session less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.

SERVICES

  • Our team offers both in person and telehealth sessions. We recommend that you consult with your therapist to determine the best fit for your sessions.

  • Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the "No Surprises Act", which requires practitioners to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" or GFE detailing out-of-network care. At Authentic Connections Therapy Center we will provide your fee for service information prior to your first appointment via the Simple Practice Portal. We will work collaboratively with our clients in developing treatment plans, and openly communicate both verbally and in writing about ongoing costs of care.
