About Me:

Jamie Pattee is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals, couples, and families to build strong and healthy relationships. She believes in guiding individuals through life’s obstacles with healthy communication, empathy, and openness, all to ensure change.

Jamie has had extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (ACRA). Jamie works with individuals, families, and couples on a variety of issues: substance abuse, family communication, family conflict, anger, anxiety, parenting skills, self-esteem, and trauma. Jamie has experience in working with LGBTQ individuals and couples.
